Kellie leads the BeWell Corp team to deliver our services to fulfill our purpose to change people's lives for the better everyday. Kellie is on a mission to redefine mental health and wellbeing support to urgently improve the accessibility and equity of mental health and wellbeing support to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes on a global scale. 

Kellie is an award-winning entrepreneur and leader with over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the health sector and clinical service delivery in the field of mental health and wellbeing.

Kellie’s career is a testament to her unwavering commitment to transforming lives through mental health and wellbeing. Driven by a deep passion for creating accessible, effective mental health and wellbeing support, she has dedicated herself to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and building a healthier future.

Kellie is the co-founder of a pioneering and multiple award winning global mental health eLearning enterprise and held roles as the CEO and executive leader in privately owned, private equity, not-for-profit, tertiary education organisations across the globe. This includes the Aria Dental Health Group, MedHealth, National Home Doctor Service, Men's Health and Wellbeing WA, IPS, Sentis - an award winning international global consulting firm, The Centre for Behavioural Health - USA, the University of Queensland, and Yeronga TAFE. She has held clinical roles in private hospitals and clinics, Queensland Department of Health, the Western Australian Institute of Sport, the Australian Institute of Sport, and the West Coast Eagles FC. Kellie has further dedicated her time as a board chair and company director to WestCycle, The Leeuwin Foundation, and the Munroe County Child Fatality Board, as well as to the support and development of emerging psychology professionals.

Kellie holds a BSc in Neurobiology and Psychology, BPsych (Hons), MPsych(Sport and Exercise), and MBA (Finance), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is an AHPRA board-approved clinical supervisor. 

As Chief Operating Officer of BeWell Corp, Marissa oversees all business operations, prioritising the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and upholding excellence in governance and compliance. She is also dedicated to managing and strengthening BeWell Corp’s relationships with all of our customers and key stakeholders.

Marissa is an Occupational Therapist with a 20-year background in occupational rehabilitation, who has focused extensively on supporting individuals with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities.

Her senior leadership and clinical roles at organisations such as Aria Health Group, MedHealth, and WorkFocus highlight her commitment to providing exceptional care.

At the heart of Marissa’s career is a commitment to putting clients at the center of everything that we do. She is focused on improving lives through tailored and compassionate services. Marissa is passionate about bridging gaps in support, fostering environments where individuals can realise their full potential. With a solid foundation in senior roles in health businesses, and a strong commercial acumen, she combines her clinical expertise with a commercial approach to deliver impactful outcomes and drive sustainable growth for the organisations she leads.

Marissa holds a BSc in Occupational Therapy, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a certified Pilates instructor.

As Chief Growth Officer at BeWell Corp, Jeremy drives the company’s growth through strategic leadership in sales, business development, and investment strategies. With a focus on identifying opportunities for expansion, he oversees sales, partnerships, market development, and investor relationships to generate revenue and accelerate commercial success.

With over 25 years of experience in sales, his ability to align sales and investment initiatives with broader business strategies is instrumental in fostering long-term growth and strengthening relationships with both clients and investors.

As part of his portfolio with BeWell Corp, Jeremy also oversees the company’s building services, leveraging his extensive experience in the land and building industry. He draws on deep expertise in planning, design, and residential construction, along with significant achievements in residential and commercial property development, subdivisions, property maintenance, and construction management. Jeremy has also managed high-value projects for some of Western Australia’s most prominent building groups, showcasing his ability to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Jeremy is the founder and managing director of a property development agency, is a licensed real estate agent and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
